Post by: Greenleaf80 on May 06, 2012, 06:17:10 PM
Windsor and Point Pelee have a lot of Baltimore orioles and Cape May Warblers.  was at the Point on Saturday morning, where I was able to photograph :

scarlet Tanager
indigo Bunting
Rose-breasted grosbeak
Catbirds
House wrens
warblers
Cape May, Chestnut sided, yellow, Myrtle,  black and white
Wild male turkey
Merlin

Others in the group, which was led by an experienced naturalist spotted:

Ovenbird
Warblers:  Parula, black-throated blue and green, blackburnian, Nashville

It was a very exciting morning.  Next year I plan to go every day of the bird migration festival.
