These were taken up in Kirkfield. Lots of Savanahs. This one lacked both the yellow eyebrow and white throat. It was too rust coloured for a song sparrow. Vesper? These are cropped heavily. Any thoughts?

Looks like a Vesper sparrow to me. It has the white eye ring, rusty shoulder (lesser coverts)and white submoustachial.

And in the lower picture you can see that the outermost retrices of the tail are white, which is another indicator of Vesper sparrow.
