Been spending a lot of time at some Peregrine Falcon nest sites, assisting in the fledge watches the past couple weeks. This little beauty took her first flight yesterday, ended up in not the greatest spot for her (but great for someone to see a Peregrine at such a low level) and at the end of day, this little girl needed rescuing. She's fine though, and was reunited with her family last night.

all the goings on around her got her curiosity, especially 3 Robins flitting about some nearby trees

Awesome shots, she's a real cutie.

Wow, what a gorgeous young bird she is!
Love these! I love your blog!
But am still jealous of all your Screech Owl sightings. I look at your masters of camouflage every couple weeks. I want to find these cavitites.

Thanks everyone. Who doesn't love seeing babies of any sort at this time of year?
Poly, appreciate you skimming my blog. Study up on Owls and what they prefer to roost in. Keep your eyes and ears open, be respectful and hope you got luck on your side.
