Title: eBird on Android
Post by: Brian Bailey on August 09, 2012, 11:43:24 PM
As an Android user frustrated that BirdsEye is available only for iOS, I have been equally disappointed that eBird is virtually unusable on a mobile browser.  After some experimentation, I have found that the Boat Browser http://www.boatmob.com/ is actually not that bad at rendering the eBird map pages.  Not fantastic, but usable.  Also, a bit counter intuitive to me, it's best in portrait orientation.
