These were from the other morning. same lighting issue as before. but...you're looking at babies!

The red balloon is put there to protect the birds from being run over by the boats in the marina

yeah, the balloon's a necessary evil.
there was no way for me to get a shot without it in the picture.

honestly, when you go down there, you cannot miss it. its not far from the parking lot.

I was there last night and they were well into the marina. Hopefully they will return closer to shore.
