Title: Odd House Sparrow (backyard)

She sure stands out among the crowd.  I took notice to her almost 2 weeks ago with very sporadic visits, but she was a regular amongst the flock all this weekend.

Looks like a"Partial Leucistic" bird.

That's what I thought.  But last summer I submitted a photo of a Grackle with a white cap to the OFO, calling it "partial leucistic" and the person who got back to me said there was no such thing as partial.  Confused me.  But nobody else has ever said "no such thing" so perhaps he was wrong in statement or didn't edit his comment?
