I read about them being at the West Perth Wetlands in Mitchell, ON, so I took a trip out there on Saturday, and was not dissapointed. Many ( many ) other shore birds as well. Too bad I'm not experienced enough yet to ID them all !

Godwit in the center and on the far left picking at himself. Can you name all the other guys?

I think a few of those are American Golden Plovers or possibly black-bellied plovers in picture 1.
In picture 2 I'm guessing semipalmated sandpiper and a yellowlegs, not sure which one though.
But I could be wrong.

Nice variety!
Pic 2:
Am. Golden-Plover 11
Hudsonian Godwit 2 (Judging by size, the one to the left is the 2nd one)
Lesser Yellowlegs 1
Semipalmated Plover 1 (The one in front, looks to small for a Killdeer)
Mallard 3
