Nice shot indeed. I have my first junco today. This is the latest I ever recall. They are normally here the last week of September. I have easily 50 White-throated Sparrows though. 3 or 4 of them usually spend the winter. I have 6 White-crowned Sparrows at the moment. They'll hang around a week or so. I expect the Fox Sparrows within the next few weeks. They are pretty reliable, but don't linger long.
