I saw a Canada Goose tagged at Grenadier Pond today... bright green tag with numbers and letters on his lower neck. Does anyone know where this tagging is done? I couldn't seem to find out anything on the internet. Of course, he may have come from faw away...thanks for any help.

Two were tagged at Bluffers Park in Scarborough in the spring. They were among the hundreds of geese taken east of Kingston this summer because there were so many of them but both have since made their way back.

Yes, those tags are awful. If it had four characters, they are most likely Canadian in origin. Follow the link, it give a good explanation. Saw the same thing at Humber Bay East a week ago.
