As of today we still Red-winged Blackbirds and Grackles buzzing around the back. One Grackle is slightly leusistic with a light "splattering" of white dots about his head, under the wing and one on his back.
Also enjoying a White-breasted Nuthatch the past couple days. First one in 3 "cold" seasons. He's not using the feeders that I have but all over the trees and perhaps taking the stashes the Red-breasteds have been hiding.

Just saw my first white breasted nuthatch of the season - feeding at the safflower feeder along with the chickadees, cardinals and house finches. Having regular visits from bluejays, juncos and house sparrows which clean out the sunflower feeder ( about 1.5l capacity ) daily .
If our regularly visiting coopers hawk is around - the feed lasts 2 days.
No mockingbirds seen for awhile now.
Having a black squirrel with half of it's tail a pure white, feeding on dropped seeds from the feeders. Will try for a photo.
