This morning I had a close view of a very zen, urban-accustomed peregrine dining on pigeon. It was in a large tree just west of Jones on the south side of a side street one block south of Danforth. A passerby from that street said it had been hunting in his backyard area for two weeks.I couldn't see its feet to check for bands.

I've seen the same (probably) bird further along Danforth at the church just west of Pape, terrorizing the pigeons there, the weekend of November 10th.
