Title: Humber Bay East Update: Back to normal

The Search and Rescue operations that were occupying parts of the park and had closed the parking lot are gone today (yesterday I was told they would be there all weekend). So everything seems to be back to normal at HBE!

I was there this afternoon and personally didn't think it was much different from any other sunny/busy weekend.

i drove by last week. could not believe that they're now charging for parking.
