Title: Two Black-crowned Night Herons in a tree

Found these two in a tree on the shores of La Salle park in Burlington trying to keep warm.

last Nov/Dec, i flushed a great blue heron in the middle of a field at the Spit.
if there's open water for them to eat, they'll stay.

To that point: I saw a GBH and at least 2 BCNHs at High Park today...

These two are giving everyone some good late season shooting down there. I like the head shot.
