Greetings to all :D
Mike and I headed up to Algonquin Park on the weekend to do some shooting and had some great sightings. The highlight of the day was our last run in the park on Openogo Rd when a Great Grey flew in front of our car and landed on the tree tops.
The lighting was not that great and the owl far in the distance.
The second photo was taken from Hwy 60 at mid day.
Enjoy

I hear you guys had a great time...I also heard you used Mike as a pack horse to carry all your gear.
Well done, on both the photos and the idea to get someone else to carry your stuff!! :D
I wish you had the perch in photo #1 on the Owl in photo #2.
Love the setting and bg in #1 but that is killer light in the 2nd shot.
Nice job Clemens.

You did well.

Nice on the Great Gray!
We were fortunate to see one back on Thanksgiving Monday. It snowed so hard that we could barely see him through the large flakes but as quick as it started, it stopped just as fast, and left a beautiful landscape with snow covered branches and foliage with the Great Gray in the distance.
