The Tundra Swans have returned to the lake near our home in Chatham. As noisey as ever. :D
-
Oh, Wow - omg, look at them all! :D That is awesome! 8)

Isn't it early for them to be returning? I usually look forward to heading down to Long Point in March for the return of the swans. A beautiful sight for sure.
-
It's the fall migration in Nov-Dec and spring migration in March. Some stay over winter near Lake Erie.
-
Where is this by the way? I used to see Tundra Swans down there, but not this many...
-
Pinehurst, just north of Rondeau Provincial Park. They will stay until the lake freezes over.
-
Thanks, I have seen swans in that area, but far from that amount.
-
Thanks ... I didn't realize the timing of the fall migration. Much appreciated.
