A few highlights from around Burlington and Hamilton today.
LaSalle Park and Marina
- a second winter Glaucous Gull on the little islands. Scoping showed the light iris.
- 4 Carolina Wrens
- 1 White-throated Sparrow
- approx. 100 Ruddy Ducks
Burlington Wastewater Treatment Plant
- 2 Barn Swallows (missed them yesterday)
Red Hill Creek at Eastport Drive
- 1 male Northern Pintail
- at least 3 male Green-winged Teal
- 1 juvenile Black-Crowned Night Heron
