My Sibley's shows a 1st spring male Summer Tanager to be very close.
If this is local, then this is an excellent find.

Hi,
Yea this was shot last weekend at my parents cottage near Perry Sound. It came to feeders for about 20s and I had a chance for one shot.

The black wing would suggest Scarlet Tanager rather than Summer Tanager.

It is a male Scarlet Tanager molting into it's winter plummage.
