Title: Red Fox
Post by: Photoman on January 13, 2013, 06:44:30 PM
Greetings to all :D

Was in Algonquin a few weeks ago with Mike and came across two fox's on Arowhon Rd. One sat close to the tree line, the other walked right up to me. Was very surprised to see this tame fox walking so close. It was very healthy with a clean coat. I think people were feeding it because it was healthy and looking for a free hand out. Spent an hour photographing this critter.
Enjoy

nice shots indeed...i found one last year at killbear and similar story..it was very friendly, almost scared me when it kept coming closer but it was only looking for hand out..wasn't as good looking as this one. the full winter coat in combination with the snow makes for a very nice contrast and great looking shot

Gorgeous.  Saw foxes a couple  of times in Toronto, once in Scarborough close to Milner and Morningside and once in North York close to DVP & York Mills.
