Title: Red Tailed Hawk & Belted Kingfisher seen Scarborough Bluffs

Noted this big healthy Red-tailed hawk soaring over the bluffs today as well as this hardy Kingfisher that decided to stay the winter

Yes Kingfisher very Skitish had to shoot from car and then when I tried to sneak out to get a better angle... gone
