Title: Humber Bay East...iced up
Post by: lovemypt on February 10, 2013, 05:32:06 PM
Despite the sunny skies today, Humber Bay East was very poor for bird observations today, at least on marina side.

The whole marina and at least 500-1000ft of lake side is completely iced up, except very small area right under bridge. Yes the mallards are still hanging around, mostly on ice along with the 1 male Pintail. Let hope with the warmer weather this week that at least some of the ice along the shoreline will break up!
