Title: Sharp Shinned Hawk?

Saw this guy down on Halls Road this morning, looks like a juvenile, but not really sure, can anybody confirm.

I think it's a juvenile Cooper's Hawk. Rounded tail, fairly bulky body and lack of streaking on belly.

While it isn't a definitive-plumaged adult, juvenile is a bit of a stretch.   It looks like an immature Cooper's Hawk.

I think after all I have read I would have to agree that it is a juvenile Cooper's Hawk.  I would guess this bird was about 16-18 inches tall which would be far too big to be a sharp shinned hawk, I will have to go see if I can get more pictures.
