Are those Black-chinned and Anna's Hummingbirds?

I'm inclined to them both being Anna's with the straight beaks, longish tails and roundish head on the male. Though they were in the same area so were Allen's and a Costa's. Also the throat colouring appeared black in the photo but violet at other times
