Has anyone been up to this spot? What's the birding like? Thanks.

Hi JTF..I used the alternative name ....somewhat more appealing haha. I havent been for awhile, but it sounds like its hopping. When I was there I saw a few shorebirds, various ducks and a few raptors. If U are going there,Presqu'ile Provincial Park is only a short 10min drive(if that) away, and there is always alot to see there. Personally if I was going out there,Id go to Presqu'ile and then pop over to the "pond" as a bonus. Good luck if U should try. If U go to Presqu'ile take a tank full of bug repellent.

Hi Keith/Tiny,
It's great to have you here with us. Thanks for your work in making the wetlands available.

Hi Keith,
Would you be able to keep posting updates about the wetland here? I don't think offence was intended when they asked you to post less about the wetland on Ontbirds; that list is meant as a rare bird reporting system for Ontario. A board like this would be a more appropriate place to provide updates and information about birding locations.
