Welcome to the forums! I'm not a photographer but I think your photos are beautiful - I can't believe you're just learning to shoot birds!!

Thanks, I start like bird after I start shooting bird:-), I never know birds are such beautiful animals until they are frozen in my frames.
-
Wonderful pictures! What equipment do you use? I want to improve the quality of my pics as well...if I get pics like yours it's usually by sheer luck.
-
Your mystery bird is a ruby-crowned kinglet, a very good bird in winter. None have been reported anywhere in Toronto this year.
-
Great catch on the Kinglet, and beautiful shots. I'd also be interested in knowing what equipment you are using. Keep posting
-
Thanks for your comments. My equipment:nikon d7000+300mm f4 + kenko Tc1.4 on a wimberley sidekick

Very Nice!
I believe we met when you were taking pictures at the feeder.

Well done my friend....keep up the great work! Bird photography is challenging but also very rewarding, especially when your shots turn out as great as yours. You seem to have a great eye for composition. Keep on posting!
