Title: Boreal chickadee sighting in Algonquin Park
Post by: greyowl51 on March 08, 2013, 10:04:40 AM
This past Saturday, March 2nd, I sighted a group of Boreal Chickadees (Poecile hudsonicus) in Algonquin Provincial Park at a feeding station on the Spruce Bog Boardwalk Trail.  Sighting was at 2:30 pm, cold north-west wind blowing, and light snow falling.  more pics and video at: http://frametoframe.ca/boreal-chickadee ... quin-park/ (http://frametoframe.ca/boreal-chickadees-sighted-algonquin-park/)

Very Nice!  Are they as friendly as the Black-capped?  Cheers
