Well after reading about the Turkey Vulture sighting, I decided to swing by today to see if I could spot it. Well I didn't see that but it was a fantastic day for birding. Even though I was only there for about 1 hour, I was basically tripping over birds left and right. Here are some of the images I took:
Kestrel landed on a tree very close to me and decided to pose for a bit:

Saw a RTH on a lamp-post which was a new one for me but it was kinda cool too:

Then he got ready to take off:

Saw some Horned Larks that remained remarkably close for pictures:

Even got a picture of a new bird for me: the Northern Harrier...but I didn't get very good pics, good enough for ID but not for posting on here.

Great pictures, I love that Kestrel, I still need a good picture of one.
