Beautiful day for birding and having a long list of where to go thanks to this site with so many great photographs and leads of where to go and what to see. But I decided to try Col Samuel Smith Park and was not disappointed. Having seen the Red Necked Grebe and a Horned Grebe but photo not worthy, the water was crystal clear today affording great clarity for the diving ducks.

Cool photos. 8) You've certainly managed to catch some interesting expressions in their eyes and on their faces.
-
nice shots.
just a correction: they are red-necked grebes.
