It looks like the ducks are walking on water ;) Nice ones. Any idea what sparrow that is? I photographed a similar one the other day.

American Tree Sparrow.  Black dot on its chest is a classic give-away.  But also the grey side of the head, reddish-brown crown and bi-coloured beak.

Well walking on water would be correct - if you look closely you can see they are on some ice!! :-)
