Title: Birds of Paradise
Post by: Brian Bailey on April 10, 2013, 01:19:34 PM
The final event of the National Geographic Live (http://events.nationalgeographic.com/events/speakers/toronto-tickets-and-information/) series in Toronto last night was Tim Laman and Ed Scholes speaking about their Birds of Paradise Project (http://birdsofparadiseproject.org/).  They had some amazing stories, photos and video.  Many of the photos and videos are on the http://birdsofparadiseproject.org/ (http://birdsofparadiseproject.org/) website.  Definitely worth a look.

Also, after two seasons, I'd recommend the series to anyone interested in learning more about natural history, photography, etc.  Out of eight presentations, there's only one or two that I would rate as low as being merely, "good".  Most have been excellent.
