Title: Osprey in Georgetown area

Yesterday I was sitting observing wildlife in general, overlooking a large pond in Glen Williams, when along comes this magnificant bird. He circled the pond repeatedly and made at least 6 dives but came up empty each time. Then he left heading towards the Credit River. And of course my camera was sitting in the car, figures. But I did have my binoculars and got some really good viewing in. Next time I'll take my camera along

Last July I spotted one  North of Georgetown and East of Hillsburg.

So their around the area

A few years ago I used to see an osprey regularly around Winston Churchill in terra cotta area.
