Found the winter plumage Eared Grebe in the marina at Ashbridges Bay around 2 pm today, thanks to Jim & Petra who had spotted it earlier. It was swimming close to the boardwalk at the southern edge of the marina, sometimes near a Horned Grebe. Here's a couple of crappy shots from my pocket camera for id confirmation:

I saw the Eared Grebe as well at about the same time. I have posted some photos on my website.

Thanks for the tip guys...I was there today but unfortunately did not spot him. There was, however, quite a bit of commotion with the local boaters likely taking their ships out for the first time, so I think that they may have spooked the grebe and virtually every other water bird in the marina to some other location.
