I almost forgot, but I saw my first bumblebee and Cabbage White on Sunday at Colonel Samuel Smith Park. (I don't keep notes, but I'm guessing that's a lot later than last year. )

Hey Brian,
My first Cabbage White last year flew by me on the 19th of March at Rosetta McClain Gardens, Scarborough. I would imagine your first sighting was much earlier last year as well. I've yet to see one this year.

Hi Brian and Walter - sighted first Cabbage White x 2 this afternoon at Maplewood Park, Mississauga. Will have to pull out old nature binder to see last year's firsts.

Cool. 8) Only ever see snakes out here at Erindale Park, usually in the Summer.
