Title: Col. Sam Smith Park- Ruby-throated Hummingbird

Very quiet at Col. Sam's Sunday morning, but did see:

Ruby-throated Hummingbird 1 in the woods east of the rugby field. One type of tall tree is in flower, and the bird fed steadily.
Warbling Vireo 4
Blue-headed Vireo 4
Nashville Warbler 1
Yellow-rumbed Warbler 2
Yellow Warbler 4, with more singing
Savannah Sparrow 1
White-throated Sparrow many
Swainson's Thrush 1
Hermit Thrush 6
Gnatcatchers 6
RC Kinglets 15
Common Tern 2
Flicker 1

First Hummingbird!!  Lucky you!  Something about those little miracles of nature always make me happy.   :D
