quiet at first. saw Colin from here. said he saw some B&W warblers.
if you want to see terns (caspian!), this is one of the best parks in the city. they hunt in the outer bay area. great show to watch.
as I was leaving, the warblers came out.

I spent 30 disappointing minutes at the Spit (yellow warblers, 1 oriole and 1 grosbeak) so Ashbridges Bay it was!
2 minutes in and i was having better luck than at the Spit.

and............Magnolias, Nashville, Am. Redstart and a possible Canada Warbler.
Gnatcatchers, Hermit Thrush, Least Flycatchers, Bluejays, RC Kinglet, Lincoln's Sparrow - probably the one
I saw last week - same place, and the highlight of the day was a flock of 6 Sandhill Cranes that flew overhead!
