Title: Lake Aquitaine - male Ruddy Duck
Post by: Bird Brain on May 14, 2013, 03:08:09 PM
Hi everyone.  Today at 12 noon, a male Ruddy Duck (Summer plumage) was swimming around the West end of Lake Aquitaine, fairly close to the dock.  Love his blue bill!

This morning at 8am, a male Sharp-shinned Hawk was circling above trees, also at West end of lake.

Lake Aquitaine:  SE corner of Glen Erin Dr./Aquitaine Ave., behind the Meadowvale Community Centre.
