Great pics a a good number to take off your list I;m no expert and the shot is a tough one to mack a call on but your Ovenbird could be a Hermit Thrush.

Nice variety! The dark streaking behind the eye and spots on the flanks all the way to back make me think Wood Thrush, but the ? need to be kept.

Wow that's a massive haul.  Good job spotting them...I know you have a good eye.  And all that with a bum lens..hopefully you're able to get it fixed soon.

Thx Cosmo!  At first I thought it was a Hermit but this one had a white eye ring and clearer whitish cheeks. My other photo of Hermits didn't.

Thx Thomas and again you have come to my rescue, it is indeed a Wood Thrush!  I don't know how I could have missed this.  Thanks again!

Thx Rotarren!  I did have a lot of help from fellow birders Iding and spotting the birds. A big thanks to all of them!

It was very challenging shooting with only manual focus for a couple of days and I've learnt a lot doing so.  I found I got better results shooting birds that were hidden in bushes e.t.c..  Sigma fixed the problem under warranty within a few hours!  Very little down time and my confidence in the product is back. ;)
