Another first came to visit my backyard while I was having my morning coffee. Am I correct by identifying this as a Great-Creasted Flycatcher?

Very Nice Bronco! I've got to keep an eye on my backyard, just in case. ;)

There are lots of mature trees in my yard and all the neighbours which attract all kinds of birds. Until this year I never really paid much attention to them - now I've been well and truly hooked on the pastime!!
Being retired provides the time to sit on the deck sipping coffee in the morning - tea at noon - and perhaps a wine or single malt in the evening (with the camera close at hand).
Thanks Palo & byrons.
