Title: Greater Scaup at Humber Bay
Post by: Brian Bailey on May 31, 2013, 08:19:30 PM
I stopped at Humber Bay this afternoon and was surprised to find an adult male Greater Scaup in the first shallow bay.

Also of note, a Red-necked Grebe is nesting on the raft next to the log they tried to nest on last year.

The Greater Scaup was still there as of yesterday, we saw him too.

And the grebe is still on the nest.
