Nice series; I especially like the Kingbird. Where did you see an Anhinga? Maybe that's why you were trudging around for so many hours - you must have taken a wrong turn and ended up in Florida! :D

We did a road trip south with New Orleans as the goal, the picture was in the bayou. :D

Very nice! I know what you mean about the hours of trudging around.. Sometimes it feels like we take 150 pics to finally get one we can use. But I guess we could have worse habits!
Can you please tell me what the first bird is? We have seen these down on the trails along the Grand River in Brantford over the past few weeks and don't know what they are..

The first photo is of an Eastern Kingbird and they are quite numerous right now. This photo was taken in a small park just off the Grand River in Kitchener. and yes we could have worse habits...though I don't know if my girlfriend would agree. :lol:
