Title: Northern Rough-winged Swallows being fed
Post by: cosmo3667 on June 25, 2013, 05:06:40 PM
While photograping a night heron a commotion was heard above and I noted a family of Northern Rough-winged Swallows  being constantly fed directly above me
and made for some exciting action flight shots

Lovely set of shots.

You seem to be where the action is all the time - you have a bird communicator on you?? :)

Very nice photos! I believe these are Northern Rough-winged Swallows, as they are lacking breast band and just have a darker throat area.
