I had the opportunity to photograph a few young Screech Owls last week as they bounced around the forest.
Got to love the new cameras available. At 4000 ISO and 1/20th of a second, this would not have been possible to shoot with my old camera just a short time ago.
Dad was always around keeping an eye on the young ones.

Beautifully captured Meghan.

Wonderful shots.

Excellent set Meghan, the colours and definition are exquisite. And remember like that tree falling in the forest the pictures are here because you were there to capture those precise 'Kodak moments'. :D

Thanks folks, I really appreciate your comments. :D

really nice Meghan.

Those are some amazing shots, it must be time for me to get a new camera. My highest ISO is 1600 and I think it looks horrible, I rarely go up to 1000. The image stabilization is an amazing feature on some of the good lenses allowing you to shoot at very low shutter speeds. Congratulations.
