Title: close encounter with pair of Sandhill cranes

Beautiful morning to be out and had a very close encounter with a pair of Sandhill cranes just south west of Cambridge, saw them flying out of the marsh and low to ground by a field, I headed around in front of the area and waited,........... and they walked right pass me 20ft or less

That's pretty amazing, love the shots. It doesn't get any better then that when nature just comes to you eh? :)

Awesome Dave. They have been pretty hit or miss this year. But this is sure a "hit" moment!!
