Captured this today with the iPhone. It was my most interesting image of the day as we arrived too late to see any birds.

Is canoeing allowed in the marsh?

I don't know but a ten year old girl was calling out to her father on the beach about it saying there were people canoeing in the marsh who weren't supposed to be there. You and her are probably right!

There are no posted signs about canoeing in there, usually the water is so low , they wouldn't want to anyways...good reason to always get there early in morning to avoid crowds and now canoes
