Here are some Osprey shots from my visit to Lord Ross Park on Aug 5th. These shots show that I still have a lot to learn for proper BIF shots. The bird was at the eastern half of the pond; far away from where I was sitting. Cheers
Hovering about 150ft above water to locate the fish down below. Gulls around were harassing him, he ignored them completely.

He has located something - starting to descent.

Looks like he got a big one in his left claw.

It was too heavy, he couldn't take off, eventually let go and flew away.

As it flew over, it gave me a look, probably didn't want to have his failure captured.
