Title: I survived the trip home....barely
Post by: Khalli on August 09, 2013, 09:16:01 AM
We sometimes forget how brutal the long flight home is for these graceful and fragile creatures. I wonder if a man made plane could continue to fly with that much damage?

If he was a 747 he'd still have at least three engines! I've seen mourning cloaks from the previous year flying on one(!) engine. Nice to see the teasel finally blooming because lots of butterflies love it.
