Off-leash dogs in Colonel Sam Smith park continues to be a hot issue. Kudos to Richard for being quoted in the following article and thanks to others like Angie for adding their voices to the issue. Unfortunately it doesn't sound like anything is about to change any time soon, but at least there is some dialogue beginning...
