The young have fledged the nest and are know hunting a small pond nearby.

go to the baseball field the nest stand is in centre field, if not in the nest try the small pond beyond the homerun fence, I sat next ot it and saw 20 different kinds of birds, hummingbirds, flycatchers, wood Duck, Mallard, Green Heron, several types of Warblers, robins, crows blackbirds Cardinals, Osprey of course

Nice osprey shots.
It's interesting that these birds have red eyes... I've only ever seen osprey with yellow eyes. Anyone know what the story is here?

Young ospreys have red eyes.

There's a few osprey nests up that way, we saw one yesterday sitting on a telephone pole overlooking a pond between Bobcaygeon and Fenelon Falls, of course I was out there with no camera!
