I spotted a Northern harrier this morning 9:30
at Downsview airfield, Just East of the tracks and little Pond.
It was skimming low over the grass near the Soccer park.
Funny, I reported a Northern Harrier Monday North of hwy 89 near hwy 124

Hey
I spotted a Hummingbird today around 3:15 while I was leaving work.
It was heading for Downsview park, flying over top of me and one
of our (low ceiling ) assembly buildings adjacent the tracks.
Napper :)

I have never seen a hummingbird in Downsview Park, it is great that you saw one! You should upload it to ebird.org. Downsview Park has a hotspot so all of the sightings in the Park can be reported to one spot. Apparently there have been 85 species reported in Downsview in a year and a half. This would be 86!

Keep up the good work!

I saw a hummingbird there on saturday (14th) morning/early afternoon. It was buzzing around some of the flowers in the garden on the north side of the Big Pond.
I didn't get a picture of it though...
