Title: Blue Blunder
Post by: Dinusaur on September 30, 2013, 07:53:33 PM
This is a set of four consecutive shots of a great blue heron catching a fish and then dropping it while manoeuvering the fish in order to align its head inwards. I guess this is to avoid the fish gills getting stuck inside its throat on the way down. Anyway, heron went after the fish immediately; however no luck. You win some, you lose some.
