Solitary BRANT (escape?) in waterfront park at foot of Bay Street, west of ferry docks. Look on grass slope just east of parking lot or on water in front. Seen today Nov 24th various times.

A Brant was present yesterday (Sunday, November 25) in the parkette immediately west of the Toronto Island Ferry Terminal, at the foot of Bay Street. It could be closely approached and it favoured its left leg - note the swollen lower tarsus in the photo:
